There are so many IITs now. Is IIT tag still prestigious? There are so many non computer/bootcamp people working in tech now. Is studying computer still prestigious?

If you’re truly senior in the field then you know the right answer is: “It depends”

As fresher, the tags matter a lot. As senior who distinguished themselves, not anymore.

Voted for 🍿though I believe still being employed in MAANG (and not on notice) is indeed prestigious

Working in one of the FAANG companies in non tech role and the market perception still remains strong and job opportunities robust.
