My manager is very old, 20 yrs experience in IT . When a team member told that he had ADHD, He congratulated him and told keep working harder.

Have you noticed any change in the attitude towards the person afterwards? Telling to keep working harder ... I can't read the air, thus no idea what to infer.

In my case it's ASD too. That's the reason I hesitate to tell others. I just pretend to be boring enough to avoid people.

Yep and they have told me to just focus getting my deliverables out on time and if they're a delay just tell on time and let them if what they can do to support me.They are super chill and supportive.
