My last org kinda got very toxic towards the end in the rush for profitability and growth to show investors.

Unholy work hours

Management started treating us worse

No matter what you did was enough and you were blamed for the mistakes or ungodly predictions given by leadership

Micromanagers and office politics was rampant.

Overall a shit show

Totally! Appraisals stopped, vendor payments stopped, top management cleared, next level management quitting.

Funny thing, laid off people came together to build rival company. Same business, same clients, better seed funding though 😅🤭
