The person got 7 promotions in a span of a year and a half. They don’t even do any work in the office anymore at this point.

Totally! Appraisals stopped, vendor payments stopped, top management cleared, next level management quitting.
Funny thing, laid off people came together to build rival company. Same business, same clients, better seed funding though 😅🤭
