Hairfall and treatment
I am facing hairfall in pune, I know it is common in pune but to prevent it or to slow it down I started treatment from a dermatologist. I am using some hair grow serum and couple of other medicines for different minerals and vitamins. I want to ask if I should use derma roller or not? Have anyone used it? Is it effective if I use derma roller with minoxidil?
Please help me before I get bald!!
Minoxidil and Derma roller are very effective provided you use it properly and regularly without fail.
Hair growth serums and vitamin tablets are mostly a gimmick, your body can’t absorb most of the vitamins from these tablets.
Most important things to fix hair fall include nutritious diet, good sleep schedule and soft water for hair bath. I suggest using drinking water for hair bath, either from water purifier or a mineral can of water.
Also it takes around a year for visible results if you follow these, so don’t give up in between.
