It depends on your status in the HR portal. If you are on a PIP, you will need to complete it to be released and serve the required notice period. Otherwise, you will need to serve a 90-day notice period before being released.

Totally depends on your manager. If you have a good rapport with them and have a backup ready they should be able to release you sooner even without exhausting your leaves balance.
