Guilt of not taking care of parents due to office work and other responsibilities

If your parents place is nearby, do visit twice a month, If your company is in a hybrid as of now, try to stay with them when you are working from home. Take long offs for festivals(I took 15 days work from home until today for diwali and went to my home town)

I’m at massive man. Not being able to be there for parents in a city far away from them. Drives so much anxiety and sadness
