Grrr place to work is a farce !?

One of the most toxic workplace I know just got awarded with the “grrr place to work” award (you know which award I’m talking about)

Doesn’t make any sense whatsoever looking at attrition numbers and performance issues in the organisation.

We need better way to identify companies with good culture as these awards are no longer reliable
