Got offer from infosys, L&T and mid scale company Urgent
Hi guys, need suggestion . All 3 (Infosys, L&T and other one) Everyone is offering the same package(9 LPA). But the mid scale company location is Mumbai, L &T is chennai location and infosys is offering Bangalore location.
What will be the future if I choose one of the MNCs. The mid scale company has already promised a hike after the prohibition period gets completed in offer letter.
As far as projects, Infosys has multiple projects for my role with good opportunity to learn but not sure if they directly onboard me with the project. L & T it looks good but I can't see much growth it is kind of like a support work that is also involved. The other one has a good project but it will get complete within the next one year.
I am looking for a salary hike and not a long association but at least I want stay for 1 Yr in next company.
Hike in offer letter itself? That's great. You might not get a hike in Infy at all, just see the market trend.
Chennai is an absolute no-go if you're not Tamil. Don't even think about it, no matter the company.
Mumbai is a hustler's city much more than Bangalore. It's all between Infy (safe choice, less pay, maybe you'll get a good project) vs mid size (higher pay, initial good project and a little uncertainty)
I'd vote for Mumbai
