Got LOI from WIPRO.. butt

Last week I have received letter of Intent from WIPRO. But I want to know its work culture or environment. Got a package of 3.5LPA.

  1. Is it worth of choosing 3.5 at wipro as a fresher ?

  2. Joining into WIPRO as a fresher will be worth at all?
