Got an offer from unacademy
Read here that the culture is not so good at unacademy. My current job is amazing but I'm interested in switching just because I can. Is unacademy worth giving a shot?

@Nudnik : Don't make this the biggest mistake of your life. Be wise & don't join. Unacademy is in very bad shape. They don't have any good product. What will you market 😂

Toxic doesn't even begin to describe the two founders. Imagine being a senior leader and not being there for your family on new year because the founders have descended from a stereotype that requires you to be in office at 7am. Imagine tiptoeing out of office, everyday, because if the founders see you leaving at 10 pm, there will be a review at 11pm. And all reviews happen in office.
Imagine being asleep at 11 pm, being woken up because founder sent a voice note and everyone is supposed to hear it no matter the time. The give so much importance to themselves that they actually go through the read receipts.
In short, they make you miserable to make up for their lack of business acumen.
