Good shoes / sneakers suggestion
Looking for recommendations for good brands / range for casual office wear that’s super comfortable.
do you train with shoes? Been reading that training with shoes may not be best for right posture/ balance and also improving grip strength of feet. If yes, which brands would you recommend that offer comfort and stability?

Depends on what you mean by “training”. Running: visit a decathlon / Nike store and buy a pair that fits you well.
Gym/crossfit/other similar: buy shoes with not too much cushioning and especially avoid shoes which have a lot of heel support.
If you have someone coming from US try “whitins” shoes from Amazon US. They are cheap (<4k), comfortable, and very good for your muscle development and posture. Takes some getting used to but worth it.
