Ghosting the Mortals

Recently I have been giving multiple rounds of Interviews over the phone and via Technical Discussions meetings. But there is no proper replies to our follow ups also , whether we are qualified or not . Should we even care about their company. The Humaness of the Corporate doesn’t exist anymore.
