Ghosting by HR

Why does HR ghosts? Is this being taught to them in HR courses? In a decent work setup a simple No or Yes either on mail or text would be ideal.

A plain No would suffice instead of ghosting. Could be communicated over mail as well.

Talk about being open. If the objective of the question was to bitch about them, then you should tag it as a rant.

There are communications designed as such. I don’t think this gives them right to ghost. It’s just a bad practice in HR community that has become norm.
