Getting out of 3 months notice period
How to get out of 3 months notice period working at an IT service company for 2yoe ? Any real life examples and how they did it will help a ton.
I was in this situation. I resigned and searched for job. But, it became difficult for me at that point, but at last got new job in 3 months.
With current situation, I will not suggest you to resign without any offer in hand.
If you are confident, you may tell and get job offer by saying 1 or 2 months as notice period. Once you get, resign and try getting other 1-2 jobs that have joining date that matches your leaving date... Again it might be risky as you may not get new job in time as the market is slow now....
Do you have option to buy out? Pay the salary for that time period and leave. Some new employers reimburse this amount, because they want you to join sooner
