It's this late at night but I still can't sleep. Getting bored already. Any fun memories to share with. I heard somewhere that your secrets are safe with strangers. Since we are strangers you can share some fun secrets here. Also, not you Deepest & darkest ones b'cz everything shared online is not safe. So you know. 😉
You can start with sharing your first day at work. Let's hear you out.
My first was very boring, and also I am an introvert so yeah It took a lot of time to bond with my teammates too. On my first day of work I was told to sit with a team where I didn't have to work actually, but this was neither me nor the team lead knew. So, he asked about my education and experience and where I live and all that. Then he gave me a PDF to learn things & bro I was astonished by seeing the 200 page pdf and he literally told me to learn the things from it and he said once you learn it then we'll move further. And I was like bro what the hell. Also I was so nervous that I didn't even have my lunch that day. Since it was my first day he told me to go back home at 5 p.m.
I was very disappointed because I never wanted to work in a telecom project. And then on the first day he gave me a 200 page book pdf to read which I barely understood. Damn !!!
And this was the first part now on my second day I was transferred to the other team, which was the team where I actually had to work.
Lemme tell you, it was very difficult for me to learn such telecom concepts, for the first 3 months of my job I barely survived. But then I started learning slowly and steadily. Then a time came that I was able to handle shifts alone.
I became capable of doing something that I never thought I would be able to do.
So ya that's my story, now share yours too. 😉😂
