gen-z folks, do you feel the generational gap with older colleagues ?

I'm in the youngest in my team and get bullied (in a fun way) by senior colleagues and don't know how to approach them while talking about things besides work. I manage to talk to people who are around ny age +-2 years but not 5-10 years older.
