Freshers dont respect seniors

I’ve been observing millenial graduate engineers for 2 years now. They think they know everything. Due to this they do not feel respecting the senior in team. I am not focusing about the senior by age but experience. In the latest AI age, they hace access to solution for every doubt. This makes them arrogant and they don’t want to get mentored as well. Does anyone else have the same feelings?

Millennials are almost 30 now. You're referring to GenZ/Gen Alpha

Millennial graduates are old. I think you are confusing them with GenZ

We hear this a lot too - work in current project is nothing, need complex stuff.
Reality - If a low complex task is assigned, without any help it won't be delivered.

I think this is common. A fresher thinks his seniors are idiots out of sync, when he becomes a senior and understands why things function thatbway, there is a junior who thinks he is an idiot and out of sync.
