Folks, what are your best productivity related apps/tools?

Want to get into a better routine - be productive at work, eat mindfully, workout now and then.

Wanted to check what you guys do to stay disciplined - any mental models or apps that I could use?

Maybe old school, but I write everything on my notes and put a date next. I don't close my day unless I finish all my to-dos. Old school feeling of winning something; the apps don't give that feeling :)

In addition, I also do these two things in parallel - a. Put my phone on airplane mode b. Turn off all the communication tools, Slack, Zoom, and Email, one and only open a couple of websites I need to work on for 2 hours.

Doing this for almost a year now, and I have never felt more productive than this before.

Energy dictates your Productivity.

Energy hack: actually wake up for early for Tennis 😉 / start or finish your day with a run / light gymming.

Rest are P1/P2 imo.

Better productivity app

I work in an environment (IB) that has information from all sides.. Emails, teams, WhatsApp etc related to the same project and I'm handling 26 such projects. Know of any app that will keep me organised and updated?
