Focus on the Chair too...

Companies providing chairs with a head rest and proper back rest to all the employees (not just some CEOs, MDs) should definitely get extra marks for taking care of the minute of the things.

Unfortunately in my whole career, there was just 1 company which had all the chairs with head rest :(
