Any bulking food tips?

I was skinny fat 2 years back, much better currently (still long way to go 😅) For healthy bulking, cut out processed food from your diet, and then it's all about calorie intake and calorie burnt
Ensure, intake is slightly above total required for the day (around 5% higher) Also major part of it should come from proteins (for muscle building), rest from healthy fats like curd, eggs yolk/chicken if non veg, nuts etc and carbs (to keep yourself energised for the day)
Basic conversion here is, 1g protein = 4 calories 1g carbs = 4 calories 1g fats = 9 calories

I have been following a high protein diet and low card diet for 3 months now with almost 0 workout, not even walking much. I have given up processed sugar completely and use only dates/fruits for sweetening. Managed to lose 15 kgs.

If somebody wants to lift weights at home itself, is there any plan for it that one can follow?

Based on my limited experience, Yes there are things you can Do at home
- If you have few equipments like dumbells, you can do workouts for chest, back, shoulders, arms, core and legs targeting most muscles
- In not, still you can do body weight exercises if not lifting for overall strength like push-ups, pullups, squat variations etc. You can setup basic equipments like resistance band, pullup bar etc to add more variations to it

I worked out for 4 months in 2023 for healing my depression and insomnia , i got 100% results and stopped antidepressants , just sharing. Will be re starting working out soon
