Are software developers more into fitness than people from any other profession ? Do you feel doing gym/meditation/yoga few days a week gives you mental peace ?

I try to do a mix of 100 pushups ,body weight squats and resistance band exercises. It helps in overall mental and physical wellness.

Oh that's good.. do you go to gym or you do these exercises at home?

If you don't want to get ginger like lumps all over your body , home workout is fine for fitness . I have done both , home workout take less time and it is enough to keep the body active.
