Be hungry to learn. Soak up as much as you can. Observe and if you journal - note down what you're learning.

Ask questions, don't be shy.

Volunteer to shadow folks, most people are happy to coach but are never asked.

Do the hard yards. No substitute for going through the grind early in career. 70 hrs is a bit much, but put in the focussed 40/50 hrs a week.

Spend on yourself. Its your first experience of financial freedom so start accumulating experiences - go out with friends, road trips, etc. Don't get bogged down with the need to save a lot. Save some, and treat yourself right.

Learn learn learn. If you want to stay in IT world, for the first two years, put extra efforts even outside office hours, and learn on your own. By the end of two years, you will know enough that you can jump to twice or thrice your current package and to a better organisation. Do enjoy your life too, but not so much that you completely forget the career growth.
