Finally resigned today!

This is the best feeling ever! I feel like some truck load of stress has left my body and soul. I'm leaving because the management is insanely toxic, I can't do this anymore. Deloitte was definitely not like when I joined back in 2020. Tata bye bye to the firm which I loved the most, but not anymore.

Same here. I got promoted this year as Deloitte manager but then I resigned as they provided only single digit hike irrespective of promotion and exceptional ratings. There is too much of expectation and they don’t value the impact
