Fi money work culture

I have been offered 18 LPA for a DevOps role at Fi Money. I want to know about the work culture and the company. Is it stable enough to survive for a few years?

Fi Money’s DevOps culture is engineering-driven (CI/CD, Kubernetes-heavy). Expect:

Pros: Fast-paced fintech learning, flat hierarchy, hybrid work.

Cons: Occasional late deployments (startup hustle).

Stability: Well-funded (Series C), but monitor RBI’s neobank regulations.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 what truck load of crap!

everything is pros is absolute lie. not at all fast paced, no learning, multi-level hierarchy and no hybrid work at all. unless they are moving out of the office to the smaller place and forced to do hybrid. because there is nothing in the bank to cough up the rents.

cons : startup hustle??? if they had done this earlier, the company will not be in this stage.
