Feeling sleepy at office

Productivity is less but I enjoy being in office meeting people.

Agreed. Office is big waste of time for people who have their team spread out across other locations

Why not take a power nap whenever you feel sleepy. It's ok to take it

Even can feel sleepy at home, what's the significance of saying office anyway it's so hot, summer at its peak feel very sleepy in afternoon like took some heavy sleeping medicine and at night insomnia will be in a relationship

There was an 85 (85x2 total steps) steps walk from my chair to the coffee machine last place I worked at. I used to go to take coffee every hour after 12 since I also used to feel sleepy after 12.
