Hi folks, during November cycle which is nothing but my stupid people lead who gave me negative feedback on workday against each priority even if I have completed alot of certification , training and client appreciation due to his personal grudge since last 7-8 month I'm working in new project also serving noticed period is it good to give him similar kind of feedback on workday??? On last day.. Is it good idea to take revenge against him? Does this will impact my Full and final settlement
Kindly suggest me I want to highlight management and his new project people also and to everyone whoever gone through his profile can see this bastard.. Hope God will punish him sooon I'm almost work on that project around 1.7 years but due to his ego he tried to destroy my career but I was saved my self by raising concern to du lead .. Nobody took any action against him that time

Hey I won't recommend it because you never know if your paths will get crossed again.... one more thing about exposing, see if you try to do him right now everyone will support him as you are leaving not him, hence he will be getting full support and ultimately it will bring down your goodwill impacting all the contributions you made. Hence I would suggest to move forward and believe in karma......

You expressing your opinion can't stop your full and final settlement. I would say express it on workday and keep screenshots etc or if you're afraid note down their lead's mail id upto 3-4 levels then send mail once you get your fnf. If after that also they don't act just put everything on LinkedIn with names etc and close it from your end.

Is your people lead from Hyderabad??? Check because I heard lot of telagu people are working in most of the locations which they always support telagu people only and that too even if the dumb ass hole he will give good rating

No, but my du lead is from hyderabad and you are right they do same thing
Write mail to HR or mention the reason for your leaving

Don’t leave him and raise grievance against him and keep following with his Accenture leadership and ask they to release you from current project because he may take this ego long way so better to raise

Grievance won't help in Accenture , even if you have evidences I saw people who raised

You can , but it only visible to his people lead, and if he have good connection with him then it doesnt matter to him. Means i saw some senior people give -ve feedback to some of my resources as they say no to extra work but as I know there work it wont impacted my decision.
