My friend joined BT in operations (gurgaon) , worked for 2+ yr.

As per him the experience was shit, the manager were incompetent & internal politics was rampant. There's nothing much to learn as well. Again this is about operations client facing team in gurgaon. Feedback about other teams might be different.
