Just freaking start scheduled deliveries already? :P Like how has no one had this brainwave.
Why is this hard? You can chucnk deliveries and help allocate drivers with surety. Meanwhile users who cancel, don’t get their money back.
Just do it and see how it goes! Like I literally eat a routine set menu everyday. Make it a subscription for people like me (weekly /monthly)
*chunk deliveries = sharper forecasts = sharper demand planning = more cost saving = more moolah left for marketing = more demand = more moolah
Data cut is easy. Look at power subset of users who repeat same orders daily/weekly with 80/90% similarity.
Reason: Swiggy One
Zomato gold is not a good offering. Higher minimum order. Does not work for Blinkit.
Zomato is the most fuck all company. Deepinder and the entire leadership team sucks

Swiggy, cause no delivery charge Zomato, cause of ownership and compensation when the delivery boy fucks up/doesn't deliver in time
