False promises by leadership/managers should be criminal offense in corporate

Just like section 69 of BNS criminalises physical relationship with false promise of marriage, overworking employee with false promise of increment, promotion, bonus or business trip should also be criminalised.

Managers/leadership lure innocent and obedient employee to make thier life easier and then backout from providing reward for same citing some vague business reasons.
