Fake experience is not anew phenomenon. its happening since 1995. When companies want janitors with knowledge of building rockets, its bound to happen. It wont be a problem unless they had given some extraordinary hike based on the fake experience.

in our country, the people who recruit know, its a fake experience but still wont bother. Probably the manager too gave fake experience at some point in his/her life.

you can easily fake only if company doesnt have its own background verification team. even if they have third party companies doing bg check you can fake it. talking from experience
