Fake bills for flexi pay

In our salary we have a flexi pay component which is credited back once we submit bills for the same amount. I’ve seen people create fake bills and claim the amount. What is the scene in your company?

You can do it. It's your money after all, so, very less scrutiny by your company's finance team. It should get approved and no further scrutiny from IT dept
