EY Criteria Clarify

What's the criteria set followed in ey for promotion and hikes? Do we need to also participate in organzational activities apart from project perfections? If so what needs to be followed? Why quarter level feedback from team members instead of yearly and half yearly once.

I'm quiet curious to know these for better upcoming appraisal discussion and understanding the transmission
