Extreme hairfall all of a sudden!!!

Hi is anyone of you randomly facing alot of hairfall in bangalore ??? Like i can see my strands coming out in full and I am almost so worried about it. Has started for almost a month and half now and I have no clue what has changed or what is happening :(

Use RO water to wash hair. The water hardness is higher in Bangalore compared to any other place I have been.

Stress, diet, lifestyle, male pattern baldness etc. many factors which only u know which changed or added up to this. If it’s just a superficial thing like hard water then u must check that first. If it is, u’ll be fine. If not, get checked
