My last working day with infosys was on 12th June 2025. I got my last month pay and leave encashment. But I didn't get the service certificate or experience letter yet. Any idea if I get it automatically or need to raise concern?

Othe company sent it after FNF.

They don't send experience letter. Just consider relieving letter as your experience letter.
