Expected CTC for new offer in Goldman Sachs Software engineer role

Current exp : 3 years Current CTC : 16 lpa Role : software engineer 2 Current company: JP Morgan Chase

I've successfully cleared 8 rounds of interviews in Goldman Sachs for a software engineer role and am now expecting an offer. During the initial phone screening, I mentioned a salary expectation of 23 LPA. However, some of my friends suggested that I could have asked for more. I don't want to come across as greedy, but I also want to ensure I'm asking for what's fair. What would be an ideal figure to consider

Also how's the work culture and bonuses plus the other benefits there?
