Trending @Wipro; Everyone's problem : 3 months Notice period
Notice period in Wipro is 3 months same is the case in other MNC's.
How do we tackle this situation? If you don't have an offer, you feel insecure to resign.
If you say as immediate joiner, the future company asks us to join within a month(which likely to impossible)
Some people also say don't resign without offer.
Need your inputs and thoughts!

What is the notice period on bench?

Recently, i have heard that people on bench needs to get project within 45 days or else it would be lop. There is exception for new joiners and maternity return, they would have 3 months time. If you are in higher roles, you might get a special approval saying you are working on business enabling program or working on a RFP for a upcoming project.

I am asking in case of resignation...are they released immediately?

Get 1st offer put down papers.. while u are serving 3 months notice period.. try to get other offers based on 1st offer .. here you will aim to achieve highest salary 😀

Getting 1st offer has become extremely difficult. They asking for resignation email, early release written communication. What not!

Bro everyone is on same boat, I put my resignation on 1 month offer now I am serving notice period, but now as 1 money is gonna over in some days they will cancel it so I have to find another offer letter other wise I'll take back my resignation

Dikkt toh h bhai ....we all are in a same boat ...first get the offer letter by saying 90 days negotiable..and then talk to your manager he/she can help to reduce the notice period...
