I feel like everyone on twotter is achieving extraordinary things, like almost ever MRR cross thousands of dollars all work in well established mnc's , everyone is great at what they are doing, i know some people are true. But , it takes a troll on my mental health as i stroll on it, and end up getting depressed

There are 140 fucking crore people in India, even if you get crores you may still see many of have more than you, so it's basically irrelevant to compare, it's better to do your best and try to be happy always. Make your goals and try to accomplish those only, no need to see what others are doing.

Go find the stories of failures as well, not just successes. You will find plenty of them in Twitter, grapevine, reddit etc.
There's thousands and millions of people who took huge risks and failed, even ended their lives over it. You don't see them because no one likes to advertise their faults and failures. Also because many of those people don't exist anymore.
Life isn't all sunshine and roses. Even the richest folks can't get married, have ED problems or other health issues from stress. The smartest folks torture themselves the most.
No one is ever happy 100% of the time. Always remember this.
