Use an AI app to record and auto-summarize action points from all calls while continuing to do your work along. Doesn't work for 1-1 calls where one has to converse but works for team meetings unless your project is being discussed.

I normally block my own calendar for at least 2-3 hrs a day so that I get time to work on my to do’s

If you are using Outlook or Teams, you can respond to it as "Follow" which would help you keep up with the meeting updates without joining them
