Even if it feels weird, continue protecting your own good with boundaries

This is new fad like feminism. Everybody thinks they want to create boundaries because they have been people pleaser and always thinking about other benefits. Absolute BS.

Before creating " boundaries" people should ask themselves what they did for the " benefit of others" that needs them to stop for their own benefit?.
