
Razorpay PM 45 LPA offer (30% jump)
Hi, I have an offer from Razorpay for 45 LPA - which is much better than my current pay so I am keen on taking it. Is this typical for PM at Razorpay with 4 years of Work Ex?
I’m a PM with 2yoe Current CTC: 21LPA (plus 10 stocks, vesting schedule 4y)
InMobi: 28LPA (26.5 base + 1.5 in other compensations, stock match with similar vesting) Razorpay: 30 LPA (2l perf bonus and stock match)
I’ve heard InMobi has a better culture over Razorpay. Any thoughts?

InMobi is really a stable company and self sustaining. More over one of the finest culture. And almost never ever does random layoffs now.
Do you know which team in InMobi you’re going to join? Culture here is pretty good expect in a team or two. Would def recommend it.
