Established startup vs Early seed Startup

I am a final year student. I have an oncampus offer from Tekion (Chennai) which is a 6M Internship(onsite) + FTE offer. The offer is low compared to other standard Tekion SDE-1 offers. I also have a offer from an early age web3 startup ($3M seed funding). The offer is an internship(remote) + FTE offer and FTE compensation is almost 1.5x times that of former.

Which company should I join? Will the name of Tekion internship on my resume help me get interviews of other better startups for FTE while applying offcampus?

I don't have much idea about the roles and work scope around web3. All I can say is that Tekion is well funded and is hiring a lot of freshers even during these times. My suggestion would be to take the 6M internship in any of the 2 companies and make a switch post internship if you are not satisfied provided you are given that flexibility. That way you would be able to quell your inner doubts.

if the web3 offer is mostly cash not some tokens, then do prefer the startup, I've a friend working in singapore, as per him there's too much money flowing around web3.

It's anonymous you can throw in the numbers. That said web3 has been a little tricky, what are they into exactly?
