Employer hacked my device

Disclaimer: Swiggy is not my current employer

My employer has hacked my personal mobile phone. I have concrete of proof of my device getting hacked, I have tried resetting multiple times but still device is getting hacked, feeling very bad don't know how should I deal with it. I don't know how prevent it. Can't leave job immediately as I have some responsibilities and EMI on me. I am not the best performing employee in team. Is this reason to do so?
