Ego badi gazab ki cheez hai!

Writing this while chilling on desk in office. Office has different sorts of folks. You get/ create your own tribe in it. Everyone has different objectives of being in a group.😂 It really seems interesting when you realise the big picture and visualise how one behaves in this interesting drama🤣

Some background, I am in medium scale MNC service based firm where around 30-40 folks come to office for free food, out of 1300-1400. (Yes, WFH exists) HR was planning to have dance in annual event where CEO will be coming. Dance duration is max 10 mins. Choreographer is arranged for dance. ONLY 12-15 people show interest and had around 1-1.5 weeks for practice. Dance is set, now it becomes interesting when it comes to practice, every one almost avoids it, except a few. The reason is clear who is going to look at dance when they are surrounded by food and drinks. So, there are 2 groups, one who is in a group doesn't want to be in that group because his friend is in another group. Senior folks are offended as juniors are teaching them how to dance 🤣 Obviously, One abruptly said, I am not going to be part of practice today. Let's see what happens more often!😂
