Eating Eggs Crisis
Fellow gym freaks, I just realised that the hens don't know whether their eggs are fertilized or not. They get to know only after a few weeks. So when their eggs are taken away from them, it leaves them with the same trauma as miscarriage in humans, and even worse actually because this is intentionally done by someone unlike miscarriage. I used to eat eggs on a daily basis to complete my protein intake but since the day I read this (1.5 weeks ago) I'm unable to digest eggs, I've started vomiting after eating them, please help. Till now I used to think that it's just a waste for the hens, like the menstrual discharge for us. Apparently, it's not like that, they expect all their eggs to hatch, only near the end of the egg's life they realise if it's fertilized or not. Whenever I think of eating an egg now, my mind keeps thinking like what if I get pregnant and someone just pulls out that fertilized egg out of me and eats it, and this thought immediately leads to trauma and vomiting 🤮. Please help, either suggest to me vegetarian sources of protein or suggest ways to overcome this.
PS: My brahmin parents are so happy to see me suffering from this crisis.

Give up on gym & bodybuilding, you are not mentally aligned for such things.
Live a peaceful vegetarian life, and concentrate on intellectual & academic pursuits instead, which seem to be more aligned to your nature. Both you and your parents will be happier. Good luck 👍

Why would you say like that? I've suffered from body shaming a lot, I've been gymming and bodybuilding for years now, and I'm consistent. It's a significant part of my life and I won't GIVE UP! I'll try to either stop sympathizing with hens or come up with a vegetarian diet plan. But anyways, coming to your destructive criticism, what kind of mental alignment is required for gym and bodybuilding according to you, sire (or madame)?

And for your kind information, I've never looked better, I love myself. Whatever is happening with me is for a reason, I'll realise that once I've resolved it.

There are many plant/dairy based natural ways to complete ones protein req.
- Rajma, chole, beans and soya chunks can be eaten in rotation.
- Curd is great. Also helps with digestive bacterias hekce helping digest that extra protein intake.
- I often make sandwich made with multigrain breads and cheese. Can add grated paneer as filling. Its tasty and very healthy.
- Boiled chana salad is good. Fibre + protein. Can replace chana with boiled chole or bolied peanuts.
I have realised that if I split my protein intake over multiple meals, its easy to take ~25 grams per meal and then the whey protein suplement. You easily cross 100gms. Even regular things like uttapam have decent protein (curd amd suji. Add a glass of milk and you are above 20gms.

Just give up, physical fitness is meant for the people who also have the ability to be mentally fit. We are at the top of the food chain, such vegan propaganda thoughts shouldn't distract you from that. Stop going to the gym and live a peaceful obese life have Shahi paneer everyday with a lot of cashews in the gravy and when you turn 40, you won't be able to look into the eyes of your kids because you're too weak to walk them to the nearest playground.
What is the source of this hen emotional stimulation information?

If you are talking about published research papers around that, you can look it up on Google Scholarly. I've seen a few there. I think it was from a German Neurobiologist, a very detailed comparison between the reactions and neurotic responses for hens, in comparison with Human brain deep-rooted traumas.

Thanks for asking though, I should've mentioned this in the post itself.

Not a vegetarian so don't know exactly but aren't there vegan whey protein options? Like pea protein or something

It's food bro, don't confuse yourself with extra complexities. Life and nature are already too complex. See it as a protein source and don't think too much about these concepts, you are a part of nature just like everything else, ideologies like veganism and all, comes way later.

I used to think the same. But the thing is it doesn't have to be our food. See how many sources of protein people have suggested in this comment section itself, I was able to come up with multiple vegetarian diet plans within a day. Moreover, I understand that the "vegan" concept comes way later in evolution, but so does the concept of "crime" and "innocence" and "monogamy" and ..., I don't want to put any sensitive topic here but you understand what I mean right? So just because those creatures don't have a way to directly accuse us, shall we keep doing crimes on them? By that logic, the people who don't commit crimes are not innocent, they are just not doing it because of the police. Doesn't this make sense? @PaulAllen All this with my all due respect to you. Thanks for putting your point so nicely unlike few other people in the comment section.

"Whenever I think of eating an egg now, my mind keeps thinking like what if I get pregnant and someone just pulls out that fertilized egg out of me and eats it"
That's kind of a weird thought process, especially if you're a guy.
What's your daily protein requirement?

Not a guy. And even if I was a guy, I would've empathised with gals. I used to take 105-110 grams of protein daily. ~60-70 on lazy days, like once a month maybe.

"That’s kind of a weird thought process" Yeah, it's called empathy, which is very weird and rare nowadays.

Let me add one to this. Just read how milk is produced. You'll stop eating dairy also.
Infact if you reaserch deep enough what costs for a life you are living you'll stop living altogether.

EXACTLY! Obnoxious post. Obnoxious logic. This is nothing but a sad cry for attention.
