Earphone recommendations for office environment

People of grapevine, which earphone(tws)/headphone(over ear) would you recommend to someone working in an office environment. Budget is not an issue. It should help focus on my work without causing me any discomfort, long battery duration is a must.

Hands down Sony xm5 is the best

But it takes a lot of space in bag right, doesn't fold properly. I used XM4 and I started sweating around my arounds

People are recommending Sony xm5 in this thread and that’s 29,990 on Amazon.

Y’all spend that much money on headphones?

Fair warning that your ears will sweat balls and it does not collapse like XM4.

I have it since 3 months. No sweat issues. Collapsible isn't an issue.

Don’t listen to people recommending xm5’s. I own them currently and months before their delayed launch, I did a lot of research of how did they compare in general in terms of sound signatures, anc, comfort etc. I also ended up buying the airpods pro 2. I’ve ditched the xm5’s now. There’s so much difference between the two!
Apple is hands down far far ahead in ANC and comfort. The sound signature is too balanced as well, for a bass-head like me, it just kicks enough so that I don’t need a bass focused earphone/headphone. I can wear the airpods all day and even forget sometimes, the transparency mode, the active noise suppression works great too!

Is it good for Android ?

Also I get decent enough time, 4 hours minimum with anc usage sometimes in between the meetings. Once charge finishes, put them quickly into the case and for 2 minutes or so, I get around 10 mins approx of more usage time.

Does Nothing make anything other than buds? I feel for office over the ear is much better than buds.

ZestyLlama

As of now just buds in the audio segment but since they are quite lightweight and have a comfortable fit it's worth considering for someone who might prefer buds over 🎧

Go for OnePlus buds pro. Have used it for a year now and would recommend. I have Sony xm4 too but the OnePlus ones are very handy, easy to carry around

What's the battery life without the case battery?

Honestly I haven't used them for more than 3hrs at a time. I am confident they will last another 3 hrs so yes a total of 5 to 6 hrs. Plus it has 10 mins wrap charge.

Sony xm4.

Disclosure - I have xm5 but it’s the same as xm4 more or less. I got 5 because I had been using xm2 for 5 years already and wanted my headphones to look different.

You are talking about headphones right ? I used XM4 headphones but my ears become sweaty after a while.

Unless you're an audio freak or need it for applications that requires low latency go with a decent low or mid range tws. I use oppo enco buds and they work fine for casual use. If you need long battery life then go with a neck band

How are the mics in these buds?

tws' mics aren't great, mine aren't either. They work okayish if there's no background noise. Neckbands tend to have better mics and you can hold it close to your mouth if it's the wire. Over-ears have the best mics. I have cosmicbyte's over-ear headset and the mic and the sound quality is superb

Airpods pro- goes with MAC as well, works decently well with Android
