Doubting my capabilities

Does the ecosystem even support the people who have 1-2 years or experience and wish to pivot their careers?? Mailed almost 40-50 people in the past 2 months, religiously mailed all relevant openings on LinkedIn, cold mailed.

Hardly got 1-2 replies. Do people lack courtesy even to reply?

Need help in Fintech/Product/Consulting/Growth/Research roles. Now I am just doubting my capabilities.
