I heard many of the Companies offering WFH/Remote/Hybrid have been using time and employee activity tracking software since Covid.
A few of them take screenshots on a periodic basis, monitor clicks per hour, option to view any employee's screen on live basis , tracking and reporting time spent on non-work websites.
Please do name the Company for awareness.
You'd be a fool if you think your company doesn't track your activity. Unless it's a very very early stage startup, a company will at least monitor your network activity with a logger. IT teams are smart enough to install software in the background with the user not even realising something is going on.

Nothing else, not even cameras in places where employees would work.
