Does sexism exist in tech?

Just like the rest of the world I would be surprised if sexism doesn’t exist in tech. Being a more male dominated industry it might probably over index on sexism v/s let’s say the FMCG industry

Yes, have faced this quite a few times. The tone they take while mansplaining also changes to condescending at times :(

I am a guy but I completely agree that sexism exists and is deeply ingrained in tech. Some companies actively try to reduce it as much as possible but it is still there.

Men tend to play women and their capabilities down - in corporate.
