Does Employer Insurance cover LASIK?
I have myopia and astigmatism and I really can’t see without my glasses. I am considering to get a LASIK surgery done. In India, does the employer health insurance cover LASIK surgery?

Very few companies cover it. In my company if power is greater than -5 then it is covered.

Please research about Lasik well. There have been reports of complete loss of sight after certain years of the procedure. Not trying to scare, just get it done from the best place

None of the insurance companies cover LASIK eye surgery. They simply reject with comments like it's a life changing treatment
