Do you work with same dedication during notice period ?

I’m currently serving notice period. This is my second time switching. I remember last time, I worked the same irrespective of whether it was notice period or not. work was not too high or low. It was the same.

but this time around, I don’t feel like giving it my all. Do you all feel the same?

It's the same feeling every time you switch. But I would recommend leaving on good terms. Remember it's a small world. Put your nice 5-6 hours per day. Help people get ramped up.

Also enjoy your notice period a little. Go for a walk at 5 pm. Take a proper lunch break.

Thanks. I feel like I have to give it my all
but I am not getting enough self motivation to do it.

Hell no. Bare minimum is more than enough. Even full time employees aren't giving 100%

This situation might be temporary but how you define your work ethics will shape you in the long run. Always give your 100%

Yeah, they extended open invitation for me to return. My extended team was also singing praises for the efforts I put in to handover as well as KTs.

Professionally speaking - company is paying the same amount in notice period also then why shouldn’t one show the same dedication.
